What you can expect from us:
  • Project management with responsibility: whether campaigns, digital product development or social media - you will independently take on the planning and implementation of projects while always keeping an eye on costs, schedules and billing.
  • All-round project professional: You contribute your expertise in budget and resource planning, timeline management, reporting and stakeholder management. You are the main contact person for your projects and are in close contact with our project teams.
  • Customer contact at eye level: Your convincing manner also makes you a welcome contact person on site with our customers.
  • Agile and solution-oriented: Flexibility and adaptability are among your strengths, and you always overcome challenges with a clear focus on solutions.
  • Tools under control: Jira, Confluence and Slack are more than just tools for you - you use them as indispensable companions in your organization and communication.
  • Ideally, you have: 4-5 years of experience in digital project management, knowledge of the agency or IT environment and a bonus if you have basic legal knowledge

What to expect in the application process

  • 1st interview: ~1 hour, mostly online with two participants from denkwerk
  • 2nd interview: ~1 hour, preferably on site with two denkwerk participants
  • In our interviews, both the professional and human denkwerk fit are highlighted
  • After the two interviews, if the feedback is positive, a telephone offer conversation will follow
