Between September 11th and 12th, 2019, there’s one thing on everyone’s lips in Cologne: DMEXCO. This two-day expo, with an accompanying conference considered one of EMEA’s leading tech summits, attracts 41,000 industry decision-makers and doers associated with the digital economy, marketing, and innovation. Naturally, denkwerk will once again be duly represented at this mega event!
Whether content marketing and storytelling, digital commerce, artificial intelligence, voice interfaces, innovative creative technologies, or any of a wide range of various other things, the denkwerk experts will be providing detailed insights on the top issues and the future of the digital business at the denkwerk display (hall 6, corridor A, number 010) and in presentations and a workshop.
We’ll be celebrating the event in style as well, with our traditional expo-display party taking place from 6:30 p.m. on the first night of the expo (September 11, 2019) – featuring a taste of our agency’s very own “denk brew”. Feel free to take a look!
If you’d like to talk to our team at our display, we recommend scheduling a time with them beforehand. You can do this with a simple e-mail to: cherine.debruijn@denkwerk.com.
Here’s an overview of denkwerk’s key times and top issues @ DMEXCO 2019
#DMEXCO conference
Workshop: September 11, 2019, 2:30 p.m. (venue: WorkLab 2)
Workshop name: “To Be Recognized, You Need to Be Creative – in Any Environment.” What it’s about? Creatives Fabian Pensel and Christoph Wesseling will show you that today’s communication needs to be more varied, creative, and interactive while straddling different
channels and formats. They’ll cut right to the chase and show you their experiences from multiple different campaigns and communication projects. Even more importantly, they’ll present actual case studies, from Magic Billboard to the interactive “Social Tools” toolbox. Something definitely worth your time.
Seminar: September 12, 2019, 11:00 a.m. (venue: Seminar 8)
Seminar name: “Save Your Innovation from a Dead End. How to Connect a Design with a Business Sprint.” What it’s about? Innovation and digital services are an important part of growing business models. The marketing focus is simultaneously shifting to capturing value from them. However, new ideas and strong user orientation also need to be put to the test commercially. And this testing needs to happen at the same time as the innovation process itself – and in a way that’s just as agile. Thomas Speicher and Friederike Kleine will show you how new services and digital products can be jointly developed from a business sprint parallel to design sprints – and what formats they use at denkwerk and how they are integrated with the ideation and design phases. Specific case studies throughout will illustrate our denkwerk business sprint.
On top of the above, we also recommend participating in the free guided tours offered by the German Association for the Digital Economy (BVDW). These tours offer a way for expo guests to come to grips with the constantly growing range of exhibitors and subjects. Each of the various tours focuses on a selected subject, starting at the BVDW display and taking guests to a number of fitting stops all throughout the expo. denkwerk is also a host and contributor for four of the tours, which will be held at the following times:
Tour 02 | Audio:
