You are the one we miss!
- We are looking for you, with curiosity and enthusiasm for digital project management in an agile agency environment
- You are familiar with digital product, platform and service development (web, e-commerce, apps, etc.)
- You are familiar with the planning and implementation of online marketing, communication and campaign projects in the digital environment
- You are responsible for transformation consulting for our customers and support the development and implementation of digital strategies
- You will independently manage the technical content, time and budget planning as well as billing control for a wide range of customer projects and will be in constant dialogue with the project teams
- You have at least 4-5 years of sound experience in digital and agile (IT) project management and Scrum certification
- You are well versed in acquisition, pitches and business development
- You are familiar with the use of specific tools for organisation, collaboration and communication - such as Jira, Confluence, Slack etc.
- You count initiative, empathy and structure as well as communication and presentation skills among your strengths
- Nice-to-have? You have a Product Owner certification
- Convincing demeanour, even with customers? Great - we also like to get to know our customers on site.
- You like working in flat hierarchies and enjoy supporting junior colleagues in their further development
- You have a very good command of German and English

What to expect in the application process
- 1st interview: ~1 hour, mostly online with two participants from denkwerk
- 2nd interview: ~1 hour, preferably on site with two denkwerk participants
- In our interviews, both the professional and human denkwerk fit are highlighted
- After the two interviews, if the feedback is positive, a telephone offer conversation will follow
